Whether you have a 7th grader struggling with pre-algebra or a 12th grader shooting for an A in AP chemistry, Huntington can help. Our experienced tutors work one-to-one to ensure that each child achieves his or her academic goals.
Subject Tutoring is supplemental learning for a specific subject. Typically, the students in the following situations can benefit from subject tutoring:
Students who have just begun having difficulty with, for example, algebra or chemistry, but who were doing well until this point.
Students who want to maintain their grade, but are concerned that, without extra help, they will fall behind.
Students who want to improve a letter grade, from example from a "B" to an "A" or from a "C" to a "B".
Students who need the reinforcement that a tutor can provide.
Students who need homework help.

We conduct all tutoring in our professional offices on a one-to-one basis with a professional tutor who is either state certified or Huntington certified.
We meet with parents at regular intervals to discuss progress and set goals.
If you wish, we will visit your child's school to discuss the progress he or she is making at Huntington and to learn what the school's expectations are.
